This was the dish i cooked last week called En Papillote. Its Fish that was wrapped up by parchment paper and aluminium foil and cook it in the oven. When you wrap your food in parchment paper and aluminium foil together, its called EN PAPILLOTE. Thanks you. Any food can be call En Papillote, not only fishes.
