Andre TohYoYo! wooot! working at the Ritz Carlton is good man! although i never work in paddock, but working in house in not as bad as i thought! LOL! cos i was still able to hear the SOARING sound of the Cars and the Lighting speed ! ahaha! although i always nv eat -.-! 3 days all the same! morning till night nv eat! 8pm den i go eat LoL~~ well! First Day was so damned BORED! was doing at lounge area! so SIAN! jus stand there like an idoit after setting up my Buffet Area! but to say~ the chef showed me on the first day on how to set and the rest 2 days i was free to set my buffet area on my own! good hor? Trust! =P so i just set accordingly and plate they way i want lor. ahaha! day 1 and day 2 was the not so fun day! DAY 3! wow! luckily! Chef Jason(Chef De Cuisine) asked me to go do room service! ahah! fun fun! and its when the pictures was taken =P from the 28th floor~~but when food was needed to be replenished, the damned SERVICE LIFT can take up to 30 Minutes! and mine was 28th floor! its like every level you go there will be a stop! LoL! highest Level's 32th though! Learnt Alot and found that i can interact with guests better already! when they ask i dun stammer XD just answered professionally! AHEM! ahha! maybe its the Expiriences from Hilton Hotel i worked last year! at the President Paddock ^^ but speaking about Hilton as i worked in the RITZ i found that the RITZ is well organised 10 TIMES -.- and The RITZ quite strict lol! thats why i said is well better organised than HILTON'S! example the Clock In Counter all these! Ritz = Cleaner! and one thing! HILTON LIED! saying that they wanna give us a CERT for working with them! but they never! RITZ straight away give lor after we finish our last day! even the HR also more organised than HIlton one. Wooot~ Chef said next year still need us to work with them LoL. if can good la! oh my shift i dont work like dog one and they wont like eat our time de. i start from 10am to 8pm. 8pm sharp Chef ask me to leave already. den i say never mind la, let me finish this thing first, den he say never mind leave it to the rest to do it, and i say! NVM i dont like do things halfway and run away, den he say just leave already! later they never give extra pay for your time i dont know! ahahahaha! aiya den i just left lo. But the Chef De cusine very funny when the Trainee and him argue! hahahah! over the days! i just saw him pissed off once! wow! and the whole kitchen is like No People Scold Vulgarities one! SUPER???? i heard KNNBCCB once only Because the Room Service frame the hot sections chef that he never sent out the food! actually is the room service staffs nv key. AHAHAH. Alright la post till here. Worked in Hilton alot Vulgarities! but not all chef is suckish! got 2-3 Chef VERY VERY good at hilton la!
